Day 7 -- 300 cals


So I'm back home for the day for my doc's appointment.  I just finished working out and calculated it. 311 cals for an hour of low aerobics and 110 for 25 minutes of pilates!! Yay!
So far I've only had an apple (53) and some veggie chips (160). 

My appnt isn't until 3:00 so I have alot of time to kill. I'm gonna take a shower, read and maybe watch a movie. Then I'm gonna drive back to school for around 6 so I can pick up my friend and go our other friend's place.

Oh....and guess what?? 113 lbs as of today!!! I cant' believe it. 3 more lbs and I'll be at my second weight goal.

So keep it up girlys!! We can do this and be amazing!
