::Update:: So while my bf was sleeping I made my self a grilled cheese with a little bit of peanut butter on it (100 cal thin bread, 70 cal slice of cheese, 46 cal PB). My stomach definitely wasn't happy with me. I had green tea for breakfast and a water and diet pepsi for lunch, hoping to save my cals for dinner.
Well... I drank my cold water too fast and my food didn't stay down. I know it's not good and I haven't tried to eat anything else. I mean...technically I'm back at 0 cals for the day. [sigh]
I almost feel kinda bad that this makes me happy. But then I look in the mirror and see all this disgusting fat that needs to go away. And instead I pride myself on my self-control that I haven't eaten anything else and grab another water.
So I don't really know how to count today. Maybe a success? In being optimistic, I'm going to say yes.
Another day down, 45 to go. We can do it girls.
